Family Law Information Centre Hours
The Family Law Information Centre is open Monday to Friday from 9am - 11am and 2pm - 4pm.

Advice counsel are available in person on Mondays from 2 - 4pm and on Fridays from 9am - 11am. Advice counsel are also available by phone at 613-238-7931 ext. 6001
About Us
CONSIDER MEDIATION IF YOU ARE SEPARATING FROM YOUR SPOUSE OR PARTNER
Family mediation is a voluntary and confidential service.
- Family mediation is a process that parties who separate or divorce can use to resolve family law issues raised by their separation or divorce.
- An accrediated family mediator can help you develop a parenting plan for your children and resolve financial disputes.
- The Ontario government subsidizes family mediation services.
- Anyone, regardless of income, can use subsidized family mediation services.
- The cost of subsidized family mediation starts at $5 per hour, per party, depending on income and the number of dependent children.
- It is not necessary to have started proceedings to access the family mediation subsidized program.
