About Us
CONSIDER MEDIATION IF YOU ARE SEPARATING FROM YOUR SPOUSE OR PARTNER
Ontario provides a subsidized family mediation program for anyone separating or divorcing, with costs based on a sliding scale tied to income. For those involved in court cases, parties can receive two hours of free on-site mediation at the courthouse, and all participants can access subsidized off-site mediation regardless of their court status.
